For garments, the fee already includes professional dry cleaning.
Care
Do not wash or iron the garment. We'll handle that for you. A gentle steam to remove creases is fine.
Fake Tan
If wearing fake tan, apply it at least two days prior and ensure it’s fully washed off before wearing the garment to avoid additional cleaning fees.
Damage
If an item gets damaged, please contact us immediately via our online store chat, email, or contact page.
Size & Fit
Every body is unique. Please do not force zippers or attempt any alterations.
Sharing
The item is for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
Return
Return the item on the final day by placing the prepaid satchel in any yellow Express Post box or post office, or drop it off at your pickup location before 5pm.
