Return Policy
Returning your designer hire is quick and easy. You can return your item in person or by post, depending on how you received it.
1. Returning In Person
If you collected your garment from our boutique, please return it to the same store before 5pm on the final day of your booking. Our team will check the item on return to ensure everything is in order.
2. Returning by Post
If you received your dress by post, it must be lodged for return on the last day of your hire period. We recommend using Express Post with tracking to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Please email or message us your tracking number once the parcel has been lodged. Late returns or untracked parcels may incur late fees.

3. Reusing Your Postage Bag
- Open the bag along the perforated line using your fingers or scissors.
- Check the contents and confirm all items are correct.
- Enjoy your designer item!
- When ready to return, turn the bag inside out (or use the additional bag included), place all hired items inside, and attach the prepaid Express Post label provided.
- Seal the bag securely with the included tape.
- Lodge your parcel at an Australia Post outlet and keep your lodgement receipt as proof (just in case the parcel is delayed or lost).
