1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Style Me Up.
• “Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity engaging our Services.
• “Services” includes styling consultations, personal shopping, wardrobe edits, and any related offerings.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Bookings and Deposits

3.1 A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking.
3.2 Bookings are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
3.3 The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and applied toward the total service fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
4.2 Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to amend pricing prior to confirmation of a booking.

5. Goods and Services Tax (GST)

5.1 All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
5.2 GST is applied at checkout and will be clearly displayed prior to payment confirmation.

6. Late Payments and Fees

6.1 Any outstanding balances must be paid within the agreed timeframe.
6.2 Late payments may incur a fee or interest charge as permitted by law.
6.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold Services until full payment is received.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

7.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the notice period specified at booking.
7.2 Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full fee.
7.3 The Company reserves the right to reschedule Services due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
8.2 Otherwise, refunds are granted at the Company’s sole discretion.

9. Styling Session Terms

9.1 Session durations and inclusions will be outlined at the time of booking.
9.2 Additional time or services requested may incur extra charges.
9.3 The Client acknowledges that styling outcomes are subjective and based on professional opinion.
9.4 The Company is not responsible for third-party purchases made during or after styling sessions.

10. Client Responsibilities

10.1 The Client must provide accurate information relevant to the Services.
10.2 The Client agrees to attend sessions on time. Late arrival may result in reduced session time without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Style Me Up is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability is limited to resupply of Services or refund of fees paid.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
