Postage & pickup
Free shipping is available on standard Australia Post Parcel and Express services. Overnight and door-to-door delivery are excluded from free shipping; charges for these services are handled by the Shipping Calculator.
Pickup
In-store pickup is free from our boutique at 4/35 Blackwall Road, Woy Woy, NSW 2256. Please contact us to arrange a collection time. Visits are by appointment.
Returns
If you collected your item, return it to the boutique before 5pm on the final day of your booking. If your item arrived by post, lodge it for return on the last day of your hire period using the prepaid Express Post label provided. Reuse the postage bag or the additional bag included, seal it securely, and keep your Australia Post lodgement receipt. Email or message us your tracking number after lodging the parcel. Late returns or untracked parcels may incur late fees.
Handling instructions
Dry cleaning
The garment hire fee includes professional dry cleaning.
Care
Do not wash or iron the garment. We handle cleaning for you. Gentle steaming to remove creases is fine.
Fake tan
Apply fake tan at least two days before wearing the garment and wash it off fully to avoid additional cleaning fees.
Damage
If an item is damaged, contact us immediately by email or through our Contact page.
Size and fit
Do not force zippers or attempt alterations.
Personal use
Your hired item is for your own use and must not be shared with others.
Payment options
Dresses are available for online checkout only. Cash payments are not accepted, including on the premises.
We accept credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.
Afterpay
Select Afterpay at checkout. Payments are split into four equal instalments due every fortnight, using your nominated debit or credit card.
